Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting).
• Join an interdisciplinary team and collaborate with other professionals.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
