Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care and support daily living activities in our La Crosse, WI community. You will report condition changes to the RN or LPN and chart accurately in the POC system, while managing time effectively to prioritize tasks.

We welcome newly certified CNAs and experienced CNAs, with competitive pay and a robust benefits package, including hiring bonuses and shift incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
