Job summary

Benedictine Health System is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care and support daily living activities in a respectful, patient-centered environment. You will report changes to the RN/LPN and document in the POC system, while maintaining dignity and resident choice.

As a frontline team member, you will demonstrate time management, prioritization, and effective communication with residents and care partners.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
