Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Management is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate resident care in a full-time day shift. You will assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, ambulation, and daily activities while monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team.

Responsibilities include safe lifting, effective communication with residents and families, and supporting nursing staff with assigned duties. A valid CNA certification and LTCA program completion are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant program.
• One year of CNA experience in long-term care preferred.
• Current state CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' daily needs including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Record and monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with lifting, moving, and transporting residents using proper body mechanics.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Report abnormal changes to nursing personnel and seek guidance as needed.
• Assist the nurse with duties as directed.
