• Current state CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Record patient vital signs, assist with lifting and transporting residents using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.
