Qualifications
- Must have current state certification as a CNA.
- At least one year of experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, and dressing.
- Take and record patient vital signs.
- Recognize and report changes in resident conditions.
- Communicate effectively with residents and families.
- Report abnormal changes to nursing staff.
- Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.
