Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Record patient vital signs and assist with lifting, moving, and transporting residents using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to the nurse management; ask questions to clarify situations.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
