Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Denver in Thornton, CO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our close-knit team on the day shift. You will support licensed nurses with daily living activities, monitor patient needs, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while adhering to infection control and documentation procedures.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid CNA certification, and BLS within six months. Prior LTAC/acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required within six months of date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in patient care and daily living activities.
• Utilizes basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills.
• Recognizes emergency situations and responds.
