Signature HealthCARE of Roanoke Rapids is seeking a FULL TIME DAY SHIFT Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily personal care to residents and support a safe, comfortable living environment. You will assist with activities of daily living, change bed linens, and help with grooming in residents' rooms.

Responsibilities include recording vital signs, observing health changes, and reporting them promptly. A state CNA certification and CPR are required; a $3500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Certification from state.
• Current/active CPR certification.

Responsibilities
