Job summary

Qualifications

• NYS CNA certification.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Patient care experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing with tasks and respond to call bells promptly.
• Support ADLs and patient comfort; prepare rooms and beds.
• Document vitals and nursing notes in EMR/PointClickCare.
• Assist with meals and nourishment; monitor hydration.
