Qualifications

• Current Texas CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff.
• Ability to lift/move patients up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under licensed nurses' supervision, including activities of daily living.
• Monitor vital signs and document accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and well-being.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
