Job summary

NHC Heartland in Nashville is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You will provide essential patient care and support, ensuring comfort and safety for residents.

Licensed CNAs with a compassionate approach are encouraged to apply. We offer 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm), up to $23/hour based on experience, and positions in Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN. Additional earning potential with shift differentials and our no-paid-leave program.

Qualifications

• CNA License required; long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar experience is preferred but not required.

$2,500 Bonus Full-Time | $1,200 Bonus Part-Time

Your Role

As a CNA, you’ll provide essential care that helps patients thrive, while we provide the support and recognition you deserve.
