Job summary

NHC Place Cool Springs is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join a compassionate team dedicated to exceptional patient care. As a CNA, you will provide essential daily care and support to residents, helping them thrive in a supportive environment.

We offer 12-hour shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm, with pay up to $24/hour based on experience, plus shift differentials, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• CNA license required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care as a CNA.
• Support residents with daily living activities.
• Maintain safety, comfort and dignity in care delivery.
