Job summary

NHC Place Cool Springs in Franklin, TN is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. You’ll provide essential patient care and support to help residents thrive, while we offer a supportive environment that recognizes your dedication.

We offer 12-hour shifts (6:30am-6:30pm), with pay up to $24/hour based on experience, along with opportunities for advancement, shift differentials, and a no-paid-leave program.

Qualifications

• CNA license required.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings is preferred but not required.

Schedule & Pay

• 12-hour shifts: 6:30am-6:30ppm
• Up to $24 /hour (based on experience)
• Full time and Part Time
• Additional earning potential with shift differentials and our no-paid-leave program

Experience

CNA License Required. Long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar experience is preferred but not required. We'll help you succeed!
