Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. operates Dirigo Pines and is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant for a 24-hour day shift (two 12-hour shifts weekly, 7am–7pm) to provide compassionate resident care.

This full-time role reports to the Wellness Director and shift supervisor, focusing on dignity, independence, and safety. Responsibilities include daily living assistance, documentation, infection control, safety compliance, and teamwork with the wellness staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience in assisted living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides all necessary care and services to residents and assists wellness staff as needed.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility).
• Maintain professional demeanor when interacting with residents and families.
• Document provision of services on company forms.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety rules.
• Observe residents' condition and report changes to supervisor.
