Job summary

Glasgow Gardens, located in Glasgow, Missouri, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Day shift options include 8- or 12-hour shifts, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, meals, and personal care; observing health changes and reporting to the supervising nurse; and maintaining clean, safe living areas while collaborating with staff to meet care standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold current and valid CNA certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals, turning and ambulation, and providing fluids and nourishment.
• Help residents with personal hygiene.
• Observe residents and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Document resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist residents with feeding and nutritional supplements.
