Portland Health and Rehabilitation Center in Portland, OR is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents in accordance with the plan of care and established long-term care standards.

Qualifikationen

• Current CNA certification as required in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.”

Aufgaben

• Answer signal lights.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities.
• Serve and feed residents requiring help.
• Transport residents using wheelchair or assist them to walk.
• Turn and reposition residents.
• Take and record vital signs, intake/output, and weight as directed.
• Complete documentation.
