Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure height and weight; monitor intake and output.
• Maintain resident environment and comfort.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and hydration.
• Observe skin condition and report changes to supervising nurse.
