Responsibilities

• Personal Care: assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene and toileting.
• Mobility Support: reposition, transfer to chairs and walk safely.
• Vitals & Monitoring: check vitals and report changes.
• Feeding & Hydration: assist meals and ensure fluid intake.
• Living Assistance: make beds and keep rooms tidy.
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional support.
• Document: enter care details into the software system.
