Qualifications

• Must hold current Certified Nursing Assistant license per state.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, speak English.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and personal hygiene.
• Aid with mobility, positioning, and transfers.
• Monitor vital signs and record intake/output.
• Maintain resident privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Document care actions in records and reports.
• Follow professional standards and facility policies.
