Willow Brook Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. The role includes assisting residents with daily living activities and working under licensed nursing staff to ensure safety and comfort.

We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $20 to $29, with daily pay availability, shift differentials, and a supportive work environment focused on dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment (Massachusetts).
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and linen changes.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment to promote dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
