Complete Care at Hales Corners is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care in our Wisconsin facility. You will assist with ADLs, help with meals, document care, and support nursing teams under supervision.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing.
• Background check requirements.
• Education and skills include basic computer skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but welcomed for motivated CNA candidates.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care: assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, meals, feeding, positioning, and ambulation.
• Environment & Records: maintain clean spaces and complete documentation neatly and timely.
• Compliance: perform tasks per facility policies and regulatory standards under nursing leadership.
