Avante at Jacksonville Beach is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide direct care under licensed supervision. You will help maintain residents' physical, social and psychological well-being in a supportive environment.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with shift differentials and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team. Daily pay is available for eligible staff, along with comprehensive benefits and a strong retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and meet state certification requirements.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of high school or GED or ability to read/write and follow commands in English.
• Previous clinical experience or approved training is preferred.
• Positive attitude toward elderly and eligibility for background checks.

Responsabilités

• Perform direct care duties under licensed supervision for residents.
• Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social, and psychological environment.
• Support daily activities and report changes to nursing staff.
