Qualifications

• CA license/certification in good standing.
• 6 months CNA experience in skilled nursing facility.
• Nursing degree from accredited school.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• PSV copy from licensing board if required.
• Certifications and compliance documents (BLS, N95 fit test, immunizations).

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Acknowledge patient comfort, safety, dignity, and privacy at all times.
• Measure and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and mobility as needed.
• Document care provided according to facility policies.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety guidelines.
