Qualifications

• Current Missouri CNA license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• COVID-19 vaccination completed or willingness to receive it.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care for residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Encourage social engagement and emotional well-being.
• Serve meals and document food/fluid intake.
• Maintain clean and comfortable resident environments (make beds, tidy spaces).
• Support the clinical team with daily care needs and documentation.
