Job summary

The Quarters at Des Peres in Missouri is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to deliver quality care to our residents on the Day Shift 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. Join a respected senior living community that emphasizes teamwork, respectful communication, and resident dignity.

You will assist with grooming, feeding, mobility, vital signs, and daily activities, while documenting care and reporting changes to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass a state-issued exam.
• Active Missouri CNA certification required.
• Six months of long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assist residents with grooming, bathing, and personal care.
• Assist with feeding and mobility.
• Record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Support nursing team with routine care and documentation.
