Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Rochester, MN to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. The CNA will work on the front lines, ensuring residents are treated with dignity, respect, and choices within their lives.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, timely reporting of changes to nursing staff, charting in the POC system, and prioritizing tasks. Strong English communication and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.
