Seven Lakes Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA provides direct care to residents, assists with activities of daily living, and supports the nursing staff to maintain health and well-being.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, CNA training, active certification in good standing, and a compassionate, patient demeanor. Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, promoting safety, and engaging residents in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State-approved CNA training program completed.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare/senior living experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assist with ADLs, mobility, hygiene, and nutrition.
• Measure vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Foster engagement and social interactions through activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols.
