You will monitor daily needs and coordinate with nursing staff to update care plans while promoting participation in community activities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and love for people.
• Current state certification as CNA/HHA/CHHA (Medication Aide Certified preferred).

Mansioni

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents' day-to-day needs and work with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
