Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical and emotional care to residents, including ADLs and mobility support.
• Observe, document, and report resident care and concerns.
• Communicate effectively during shift handoffs and follow care plans.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident rooms and common areas.
• Greet visitors and assist with tours as needed.
