Job summary

Legacy Village of Provo is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care and companionship to residents in a senior living setting. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, and support a safe, dignified environment.

The role requires CNA certification and CPR; a high school diploma is preferred, and 0–1 year of experience is welcomed. This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or completion of state-approved CNA training program.
• Current CPR certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; candidates working toward completion may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting).
• Provide resident-centered care to promote dignity, independence and quality of life.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics.
• Take and report vital signs and communicate changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with medications as allowed by training and state regulations.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain clean, safe care areas and assist with light housekeeping.
• Follow care plans and safety procedures.
