Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking caring team members to provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents. The role involves assisting with ADLs and monitoring residents in collaboration with nursing staff.

You will monitor changes in residents' day-to-day needs and help update their care plans, while encouraging participation in community activities and programs. A high school diploma is required, and CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification as CNA/HHA/CHHA (Medication Aide) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
