Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides basic nursing and personal care to residents.
• Assists with transporting residents to the dining area.
• Assists with bedpans, urinals, and bathroom hygiene as needed.
• Turns and re-positions bedridden residents; assists with bed making.
• Cleans equipment and maintains residents' clothing and belongings.
• Takes and records residents' vital signs.
• Assists with feeding programs and monitors nutrition and intake.
• Informs Charge Nurse/Lead Nurse of changes in residents' conditions.
