Greenbrier of Fairmont is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care to residents in our senior living community, assisting with daily living activities and supporting the nursing team. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and state-approved CNA training completed.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare/senior living experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; compassionate and attentive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance: assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Health Monitoring: measure and record vital signs and observe changes in condition.
• Resident Engagement: foster relationships and encourage participation in activities.
• Safety & Compliance: maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols.
