Job summary

Excelsior Care Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Melbourne Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Melbourne, FL. This full-time position offers competitive pay up to $19.50 per hour, plus shift differentials and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring well‑being, and maintaining clean, safe facilities. A FL CNA license is required; experience with the elderly is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida CNA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals) with dignity and comfort.
• Monitor residents' well‑being and report changes to the care team.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families.
• Maintain clean and hygienic rooms and common areas.
• Document and report changes in residents’ conditions accurately.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare staff for holistic care.
• Engage residents in activities to support physical, emotional, and social well‑being.
