Job summary

Hearthside Nursing Home is looking for compassionate CNAs to join our team and provide direct resident care under licensed nurses. The role emphasizes meeting residents' personal care needs and supporting a home-like environment aligned with each care plan.

Candidates should be able to communicate effectively with residents and staff, speak/read/write English, and have completed a State Approved Nursing Assistant Training & Competency Evaluation Program.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Prior LTC CNA experience preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training & Competency Evaluation Program.
• Good standing in the state registry required.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights, bells, or intercom and address resident needs.
• Provide direct resident care: bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist with bowel/bladder care and mobility.
• Record and report vital signs, intake/output, and care notes.
