Ciena Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to care for residents under supervision of a registered nurse or licensed staff. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support documentation while ensuring a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing or graduate of a state approved CNA training program and passed the state competency exam within 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding as applicable.
• Measure and record vital signs and intake/output per guidance.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics and lift equipment.
• Respond to call lights and report observations to licensed staff.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and a clean, comfortable environment; document timely per procedures.
