Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure height and weight and record results.
• Assist with feeding and hydration.
• Provide skin care and monitor changes.
• Bathing, grooming and dressing residents; assist with transfers as needed.
• Report any abnormal changes to a supervisor.
