Qualifications

• Able to interact tactfully with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• Must be in good general health and emotionally stable.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies, nursing care procedures and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident ID before care or meals.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Report concerns to the Charge Nurse and document care.
• Attend in-service training and other duties as directed.
