Morris View Healthcare Center in Morristown, New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will provide direct resident care and support daily living activities to promote comfort and well-being.

Work alongside nurses and other professionals to implement individualized care plans, monitor residents' conditions, and document care accurately. Strong communication and a patient-centered approach are essential.

Competenze

• Must hold a valid Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification.

Mansioni

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transferring residents to and from wheelchairs and beds
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, including vital signs and behavior
• Support residents with daily living activities, such as feeding and medication management
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and activities
