Job summary

Responsibilities

• Turns and positions patients and residents; assists with transferring and mobility.
• Provides care for incontinent patients and residents; assists with bedpan use.
• Prepares and distributes meals, nourishments and dining areas; assists with eating as needed.
• Observes changes in condition and reports to supervisor.
