Responsibilities

• Performs or assists with personal hygiene tasks for patients and residents.
• Assists with dressing and care activities; provides basic treatments.
• Turns and positions patients; assists with transferring, ambulating, and transporting.
• Assists in feeding; carries trays and nourishments; ensures eating area is clean.
• Passes bedpans and urinals; provides care for incontinent residents.
• Observes changes in patients' or residents' condition and reports to supervisor.
