Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to lift, move, and reposition residents with a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding residents.
• Assist with personal cares, such as toileting, incontinence care, and vital signs.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse or other health care professionals.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Participate in daily care conferences and resident assessments.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
