Qualifications

• CNA certification is required and must be current.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years experience in long-term care or healthcare; new grads welcome.
• Ability to lift/move/reposition residents up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care: bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding residents.
• Assist with personal care and vital signs.
• Monitor and report changes to the Charge Nurse or health care professionals.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents, staff, visitors.
• Participate in daily care conferences and resident assessments.
• Collaborate to develop and implement individualized care plans.
