Benedictine Health System is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to residents. The CNA will perform direct resident care, monitor condition changes, and document in the POC system, while prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements include a current state Nursing Assistant registry, strong communication skills, and BLS certification.

Formación

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification

Responsabilidades

• The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
