Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including meals, mobility, and nourishment.
• Help Residents with personal hygiene and daily routines.
• Observe Residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Document Resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport Residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures and professional standards.
• Abide by federal, state and local requirements.
