• Assist Residents with personal hygiene and feeding.
• Observe Residents and report health changes to the supervising nurse.
• Document Resident food and fluid intake.
• Maintain residents' beds and living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport Residents within the facility and support nursing staff as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies and maintain confidentiality of resident data.
