Job summary

Pavilion Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the team on a full-time basis at Pavilion on Main Street. The CNA assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, grooming and mobility, under the supervision of a nurse.

Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, ensuring proper diet, turning and repositioning bedridden patients, and assisting with transportation and daily care tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active State CNA license/certification.
• CPR certification preferred or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating).
• Provide patient comfort and safety under nurse supervision.
• Take and record vital signs under supervision.
• Assist with transfers and mobility.
• Support nutrition and hydration and monitor dietary requirements.
• Maintain clean rooms and equipment and gather supplies.
