Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support the patient care team by providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. This role also handles clerical and communication duties to keep department services efficient and compliant with standards.

You will participate in activities such as assistance with daily living, vital signs, specimen collection, and documentation in electronic medical records.

Competenze

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• CNA license issued by the Commonwealth of VA is required.
• AHA BLS Provider CPR is required at hire.

Mansioni

• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Performs range of motion and ambulation for patients.
• Positions patient and provides skin care; assists with feeding and personal hygiene.
• Collects patient data and specimens and records health measurements.
• Documents patient care in EMR and coordinates with the care team.

Formazione
