Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Indianapolis. The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care to patients and support an interdisciplinary team in delivering quality patient care.

Required are a State-approved CNA program completion, active CNA licensure, and CPR certification. High school diploma or equivalent is expected, with one year of skilled nursing experience preferred. CPR must remain current during employment.

Qualifications

• Must have High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State as CNA.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with Life Care standards and regulations.
• Deliver direct patient care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting as directed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient well-being.

Education
